Cadets get the opportunity to fly in a RAF Tutor aircraft where they can put into practice what they have learned in how an airoplane flys. They can even do aerobatice like the Red Arrows. Gliding is also taken doing their GIC and when 16 can go onto a gliding scholarship.
A wide range of adventure traing can be taken from Hillwalking, Camping, Rock climbing, and Kayaking to name a few

Cadets are trained on all weapons from the Scorpian 0.177 air rifle up to the L98A2 full bore rifle. Marksmanship Skills can be gained from Squadron, Wing, Region and Corps Marksmanship
All sports are enjoyed from squadron level including Football, Rugby, Cross Country, Athletics, Swimming, Netball and Hockey. If ou win your event you can even get a Wing , Region orCOrps Blue for representing the above at one of the disiplines.
